Strong Schedule and Budget Management

We participate in the creation of the overall design schedule and monitor our design progress to stay within the requirements of the schedule.  We meet with the client at regular intervals so that the progress of the project can be easily measured.  We provide careful cost input to the project cost estimator at all phases of the design process to ensure that constant consideration is given to the project budget.

In-House Design Services

Flynt & Kallenberger, Inc. maintains a quality staff of full time employees to provide consulting engineering services in the mechanical and electrical field.

 

In the field of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning, or HVAC, a licensed member of the engineering staff personally guides each project through the design of systems, ranging from total energy central plants to individual building systems.  Complete plumbing and fire protection systems are designed to provide service and protection for life, property, and equipment. In the electrical field, licensed engineers design power distribution, interior and exterior lighting, communication and data networks, security, surveillance, and emergency systems.

 

 

 

 

State of the Art Technology

Flynt & Kallenberger, Inc. has invested in the latest network infrastructure components and custom workstation hardware. In this way, technology continued to help rather than hinder the design process.

 

Projects are produced utilizing computer aided design software that includes the use of Autodesk Autocad for 2D/3D design and Autodesk Revit for 3D/BIM design.  Design software is maintained on a subscription basis so that the latest technology is always at hand.

 

Technical Ability

The staff of Flynt & Kallenberger, Inc. and particularly those who will be assigned to your projects, have all received technical education and training in engineering colleges and universities. In addition, our staff has received specialized training in the particular discipline they have chosen.  We continue to stress additional training and attendance at seminars and workshops to stay abreast of the latest development in production manufacturing, reliability, life cycle costs, energy usage, and environmental concerns.
